The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Kolkata Bench has allowed the application filed by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd to appoint Ravi Sethia as the Resolution Professional for the company which is undergoing an insolvency process.
